Improvements can be as easy as small cosmetic changes that would instantly update the space or a complete overhaul based on desires and scope. Some suggestions might include new paint colors, furniture placement, trims/moldings, and suggested upgrades to architectural details like layout, floors, windows, cabinetry and doors.
We will also provide you with a list of recommended resources.
A flat fee is associated with a visit of up to two houses. Additional properties can be included in tours for an incremental amount.
